Privacy policy
Data collected
This site only collects the information you enter: contact form (name, email, phone, company, message), newsletter sign-up (email) and conversations with the chat assistant. Chat messages are processed by an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic, Claude) to generate answers, then kept to improve our answers and, if you ask, to pass your request on to the team. Do not share sensitive information there.
Use
This data is only used to answer your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. We measure traffic with Umami, a tool hosted on our own servers, with no cookies and no personal data (anonymous, aggregate statistics: page views, country, device type). If you accept the measurement cookies in the banner (since 30 September 2026), the mk_consent cookie stores your choice (180 days) and the mk_att cookie (30 days) holds a random visitor identifier and the campaign (utm parameters) you came from, to learn which campaigns lead to a request or a sign-up. If you decline, no identifier or measurement cookie is set; clicks on our short links are counted anonymously. You can change your mind at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.
