Your tontines,
fully transparent.
Megasys NATT helps tontine groups, dahiras, families and associations organise their contributions: a rulebook agreed by everyone, every payment recorded and validated, WhatsApp reminders and an assistant, PDF receipts. NATT keeps the group's record, never the money.

How it works
Your tontine in three steps
- 1
Create the tontine
Amount, schedule, number of members, options (multiple shares, turn swaps): a rotating tontine, shared savings or an association.
- 2
Invite and agree the rulebook
Each member gets the summary and the active options, then joins with a code or a WhatsApp link and accepts the rulebook. They can also decline.
- 3
Track the payments
Contributions are recorded, validated by the manager or treasurer and reminded on WhatsApp, and everyone keeps their receipts.
Everything you need to run a group calmly
Tontines
A clear group from the first round to the last
The dashboard shows who has paid, who is late, who receives at which round and what remains to do. Before joining, every member reads the rulebook summary and the options chosen by the manager.
- Manager, treasurer and member roles
- Rounds, due dates and penalties as set in the rulebook
- Suspension, manager transfer and a round paid out as equipment from megasys.pro

Multiple shares
Variable stake: everyone takes the number of shares they want
Set a small base contribution: each member picks up to 10 shares before the start. One share means one round received and one extra contribution at every due date.
- Contribution proportional to the number of shares
- The cycle lasts as many due dates as there are shares in total
- Option enabled by the manager, announced to everyone before joining

Turn swaps
Sell or buy a turn, with a framed compensation
A member can swap their turn with another. The one who moves earlier can compensate the other: the amount is withheld from their payout, then handed to the seller at the moment they choose.
- Fixed amount or percentage, with a cap set in the rulebook
- Both members agree, then a manager approves
- The price is known only to the two members and the managers

Shared savings
Save together, withdraw on the agreed date
Everyone contributes at their own pace and withdraws on the planned date, up to what they paid in. Any change (duration, new members) is voted unanimously.
- Withdrawal date set at creation
- Amendments proposed then voted by every member
- Withdrawal calendar visible to all

Goal-based savings
Your project, your pace
Home, vehicle, studies, business, travel, health, wedding… set a goal and an amount, log your deposits and watch your progress.
- Goal categories and progress in percent
- Deposits and withdrawals recorded with history
- Suggested saving pace

Associations & solidarity
Dahira, family, neighbourhood: a solidarity fund
An association has no rounds or fixed contributions: people join with a code. For a bereavement, wedding, baptism or illness, the group opens a collection: everyone gives what they can, a manager validates the gifts, then the sum is handed to the beneficiary.
- Collections opened by the manager or treasurer
- Each member sees only their own contribution, managers see everything
- Handover confirmed by the beneficiary, with a trace

Payments & proof
Every payment leaves a trace
Cash, Wave, Orange Money, bank transfer or international transfer: the member pays, the manager validates, and the group keeps a history that cannot be erased. For those less comfortable with digital tools, the member simply sends their receipt to the manager, who forwards it to NATT on WhatsApp: the receipt is read by an AI, then recorded and validated with a single “Yes”.
- AI-read receipt, never validated without the manager's “Yes”
- Already-used transaction reference flagged to the manager
- Verifiable PDF receipts and statements, complaints tracked with a response deadline

Frequently asked questions
Does NATT hold the tontine's money?
No. Contributions stay between members, in cash or via Wave or Orange Money. NATT records and reminds: it keeps the group's record, not the cash box.
Can a member who reads little still contribute?
Yes. They pay as usual and send their receipt or SMS to the manager, who can forward it to NATT on WhatsApp or enter it themselves. The payment is only recorded after the manager's confirmation.
Does NATT read my receipts with an AI?
Only if the person forwarding the receipt agrees. The image is read by an artificial intelligence outside Senegal to extract the amount and reference, then it is not kept by NATT.
Can a running tontine be changed?
Yes, by amendment: the change is proposed then voted, and only applies if every member accepts. The rulebook keeps all its versions.
Can I contribute from abroad?
Yes. Amounts stay in FCFA, with an indicative equivalent in your currency at the day's rate and a time zone of your choice.
Can a tontine be deleted?
As long as no transaction is recorded, yes. After that, the history is kept to protect everyone.
Do I need to install an app?
No: the web space works in your browser and invitations open from WhatsApp. An Android mobile app is being tested.
Which languages?
French and, in beta, Wolof.
