How it works
From the field to the buyer in three steps

Publish or search
The seller dictates or writes a listing, reviews it, then sends it; the team checks it. The buyer searches by product, sector or area.

Order and pay
Stock is reserved, the seller confirms, the buyer pays with Wave or Orange Money, or agrees another method with the seller (cash, transfer, cheque). An online payment only counts as received once the provider confirms it.

Receive and confirm
The seller declares hand-over; the buyer confirms a conforming delivery or reports a problem, reviewed by a person on the team.

Say “I sell forty kilos of onions at 350 francs a kilo”: the assistant pre-fills the listing, which the seller reviews and corrects. Nothing is published without their approval, then the team's check.

Frequently asked questions
Is Agridiaba open to everyone?
It is a pilot project: each profile is checked by the team before it can sell, order or rent.
Who decides in a dispute?
A person on the team, after gathering each side and the evidence (written, photos, voice notes). No machine decides, and an appeal is possible.
Is payment secure?
Through Wave or Orange Money via Megasys Pay, it is only recorded after the provider confirms it. You can also pay the seller directly (cash, transfer, cheque): Agridiaba's share is then tracked on the seller's account and settled afterwards.
Are my voice notes kept?
Only if you allow it, as evidence for a file, for a limited time before automatic deletion. Dictating a listing is not stored.
Do I need to install an app?
No, it works in the browser; you can add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
Can I speak Wolof?
Yes, by voice and in writing for the main screens; these Wolof texts are being reviewed by speakers.
