Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
In Dakar and its suburbs, 24 to 48 hours. For the regions, time depends on your area. Megasys does not charge for delivery: we connect you with a partner courier, who agrees the price with you based on distance and parcel size.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, as well as Wave, Orange Money and PayPal.
Who sells the products?
Most are sold directly by Megasys. Others come from verified partner sellers, shown on each product page. Megasys remains responsible for payment, delivery and customer service.
How do I become a seller?
Fill in the “Become a seller” form. Once approved, you add your products and receive orders. Commission is 10% per sale.
